Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, local postal services, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Processing Times

Our Fulfilment Team may take up to 48 hours to process your order, inspect your wireless car charger, and prepare the package for our shipping courier.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

To track your package, simply follow the instructions or tracking link provided in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. LIGOR is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping details. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Occasional shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high order volumes.
