1. What products does LIGOR sell?

LIGOR specializes in practical wireless car charging solutions designed to make driving safer and more convenient. Our products combine fast wireless charging with a secure phone mount, allowing you to keep your device visible for navigation, calls, and music while on the road.

2. Where do you ship?

We ship to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, and many other international destinations.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs procedures, and the shipping carrier.

3. What are your estimated shipping times?

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 4–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

  • Canada: 4–13 business days

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 4–11 business days

  • Other Countries: 4–12 business days

Our Fulfilment Team may require up to 48 hours to process and prepare your order for shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends, public holidays, customs delays, and circumstances outside our control.

4. How do you package wireless car chargers?

We take extra care when packaging electronic products. Each wireless car charger is securely wrapped and protected to help prevent scratches, impacts, and damage during transportation.

Additional protective materials or reinforced packaging may be used when necessary so that your product arrives safely and ready to install.

5. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

Please contact our customer support team before returning an item to receive approval and return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, we will assist with an appropriate replacement or refund.

6. Is the wireless car charger compatible with my phone?

Our wireless car chargers are designed to work with most Qi-enabled smartphones, including many compatible iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and other wireless-charging devices.

Charging performance may vary depending on your phone model, case thickness, charging adapter, and power source. Thick, metal, magnetic, or wallet-style phone cases may interfere with wireless charging and should be removed before use.

7. Does the charger include fast charging?

Compatible LIGOR products support fast wireless charging when used with a suitable phone, charging cable, and fast-charging car adapter.

Actual charging speed depends on your device and the power output of your vehicle’s charging port or adapter. For the best performance, we recommend using a compatible Quick Charge or Power Delivery car adapter.

8. How do I install the wireless car charger?

Installation is designed to be simple. Depending on the model, the charger may attach to your vehicle’s air vent, dashboard, or windshield.

Secure the mount in the appropriate position, connect the charging cable to a compatible car power adapter, and place your phone in the holder. Always install the charger where it does not obstruct your view or interfere with vehicle controls.

9. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.

10. What should I do if my charger is not working?

First, check that the charging cable and car adapter are properly connected. Make sure your phone supports wireless charging and is positioned correctly in the center of the charging area.

You should also remove any thick, metal, magnetic, or wallet-style phone case that could interfere with charging.

If the issue continues, contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the problem so we can assist you.
